Moscow, July 20, 2015. — Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation summarized results of the first year of work of beta version of the Unified Public Services Portal (UPSP). Six public services in electronic form and a number of services are currently available on UPSP beta version. It’s a supplementary portal to the full version.
Beta version of the portal was launched in June 2014. Beta version is available via the same account as the main version of the portal. It is planned that beta version will replace existing UPSP.
Six services are currently available on beta version of UPSP: verification of penalties for road traffic offences, verification and payment of tax and judicial debts, enrollment of children in kindergarten, verification of personal account in Pension Fund, payment of housing and public utilities services.
UPSP users can also verify penalties on car, registered on other person. It is also possible to verify penalties for several cars with just one request. Simultaneous search by the State Road Traffic Safety Inspection and the Federal Treasury ensures full and relevant information.
Section “State post” of UPSP beta version informs users about new traffic penalties, their payment and transfer to the Federal Bailiff Services and payments for housing and public utilities services.
Users’ personal account of beta version contains personal data of user, notifications about events on the portal, settings. Notifications can be also delivered to mobile phone or email. There is also mobile version of the site.
User testing and feedback are taken into consideration for development of the site. There is a special form for users’ feedback.
UPSP beta version was highly evaluated by Runet Rating and took first place in nomination “Non-profit and public organizations”.
