Moscow, August 7, 2015. — Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications reports about results of subscription campaign for the second half of 2015 in Crimea. Subscription circulations, distributed by the FSUE Post of Crimea have increased.
Subscription circulations, distributed by Post of Crimea increased by 70.4% and amounted 244.8 thousand copies compared to 143.6 thousand copies in second half of 2014. Subscription circulations increased by 94% in Sevastopol and 66.59% on the rest of the territory of Crimea.
Subscription is currently available to 15 thousand mass media in 550 thousand postal offices of Crimea. Post of Crimea provides 17% discounts for some mass media on the analogy of tariff policy of Russian Post.
Minsvyaz is working on integration of Crimea with the rest of Russian territory, including integration in sphere of postal services starting from March 2014. Parcels are delivered to Crimea from Moscow and Krasnodar via automobile and air transportation starting from March 24, 2014. Car fleet of Post of Crimea was renewed by 80%. National and international postal traffic was organized, payment of pensions and social allowances was established. Plan on introduction of new postal services on the territory of Crimea was approved. Delivery of such services as receipt of migration notifications on arrival and residence will be launched in January 2015.
