Moscow, September 22, 2015. — Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation reports about launch of beta project on creation of the Unified Personal Account on the Federal Portal of Public Services.
Pilot project was launched with the Government of Novosibirsk Oblast. Data on requests for delivery of public services via multifunctional centers and their execution will be automatically transferred via the System of Interdepartmental Electronic Cooperation to personal accounts on the Unified Public Services Portal (UPSP).
Creation of the Unified Personal Account was approved on the meeting of Subcommittee on the Use of Information Technologies for Delivery for Delivery of Public Services of the Government Commission for the Use of Information Technologies for Improving Quality of Life and Business Environment on July 22, 2015.
“The Unified Personal Account on the UPSP will store all history of interaction between the Government and citizens,” said Vladimir Averbakh, Director of Department for Development of E-government.
Users will be provided not only with possibility to monitor status of applications, applications history, but also store results of interaction with executive authorities and get data from multifunctional centers. Personal accounts of official portals will be integrated with the Unified System of Identification and Authentication (USIA). It will provide users registered in the USIA with an opportunity to use the UPSP and official portals.
