Moscow, October 1, 2015. — Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation reports about launch of new mobile application Gosuslugi. New application is simple and modern.
This application is available for all users, registered in the Unified Public Services Portal (UPSP) independent from type of user account. Login and password from the UPSP and creation of entry code to application are required for authorization in the application. Owners of IPhones with Touch ID can open the application via fingerprint.
All personal data of citizen pointed out in the UPSP is also available in the application. Individual taxpayer identification number provides user with an opportunity to see tax and legal debts. Driver license number, car number and vehicle registration certificate provide data on penalties of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate.
The application provides new service “complain”. Users can appeal against penalties and debts.
Users can also request approved registration status via mobile device. The user should point out passport data, insurance number of the individual ledger account, choose nearest registration point and apply there for approval of user account.
Design of the application was also renewed. Text of messages became more simple and clear.
Gosuslugi application is available on iOS and Windows Phone platforms. New version for Android will be launched soon.
