Moscow, October 16, 2015. — Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation summarized results of open competition on selection of contractor for organization of interdepartmental electronic cooperation for delivery of public services in electronic form in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. OAO Sistematica won this competition.
The contractor should organize delivery of public services in electronic from and ensure process of interdepartmental electronic cooperation, including creation of e-government base infrastructure. The company should create regional portal of public services and regional system of interdepartmental electronic cooperation, organize cooperation between elements of e-government infrastructure and the Unified System of Identification and Authentication (ESIA), the Unified Portal of Public Services (UPSP) and other portals in Crimea.
All works should be finalized by December 25, 2015. They will be implemented within the Governmental order №790 “On confirmation of the Federal target program ‘Socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol till 2020’ on August 11, 2014.
Working group on development of e-government infrastructure in Crimea operates under Minsvyaz starting from the end of 2014. Working group consists of Minsvyaz representatives, public authorities of Crimea and Sevastopol, Rostelecom and other regions of Russia, possessing successful experience in e-government implementation.
