Moscow, November 2, 2015. — Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation reports about possibility to evaluate convenience of the Unified Public Services Portal (UPSP). This feedback will help to improve operating of the UPSP and make the portal more convenient for citizens.
Invitation to take part in the survey will be send via e-mail after delivery of public services in electronic form. E-mail will contain link that will transfer the user to the feedback form of the UPSP beta version. It is also possible to evaluate the UPSP without such e-mail. Evaluation is based on the ten point scale.
“It’s important to know opinion of users about quality of public services delivery. We are taking feedback from citizens into consideration while developing the Unified Public Services Portal,” said Vladimir Averbakh, Director of Department for Development of E-government.
Nearly 19 million users are already registered on the UPSP. Among the most popular services are verification of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate penalties, tax debts, enforcement proceedings in the Federal Bailiff Service, issue of foreign passports and informing about state of personal account in the system of pension insurance. Minsvyaz is also developing beta version of the renewed public services portal that will replace the current version. The application Gosuslugi is also available on mobile devices.
