Moscow, November 10, 2015. — Oleg Pak, State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications, carried out a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly of CIS-countries and Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC). Members of the Expert Council, representatives of telecom administrations of CIS-countries and executive board of RCC took part in the meeting.
Members of the meeting considered model laws “On e-government”, “On trans-border information exchange of electronic documents”, “On basis of Internet regulation”, “On electronic notary on the basis of services and services of trusted third parties” and “On development of information society”.
Development and adoption of these documents will increase availability of public services in CIS-countries, openness of public authorities and technological acquaintance of citizens. It will also help to speed up development of information society. Draft laws also establish legal regulation of interactions concerning development of information society.
Members of the meeting will improve draft laws taking into consideration remarks and present them on the next meeting of the Expert Council.
