This growth is caused by reduction of administrative costs. People, living in rural areas are provided with access to remote education and modern services. Small business is provided with opportunity to exploit products on Russian and international markets. I’m sure that this project will contribute to economic development of our country. Implementation of such projects strengthens role of telecom industry in economy of our country. People are our key capital.
