Moscow, November 20, 2015. — Information video clips, presenting possibilities of the Unified Public Services Portal (UPSP) were prepared on order of Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications. Works were carried out within the state contract on delivery of services aimed at informing users about possibilities of the UPSP and increasing availability of e-government services.
Three video clips about most popular UPSP services were prepared. They explain how to issue driving license, register a car, verify and pay penalties of the State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate, state and judicial debts and to use electronic queue to kindergartens. All these possibilities can be used at home.
Video clips will be allocated on popular video hostings and in social networks. They will be also transmitted in places of public services delivery.
Minsvyaz developed and approved methodological recommendations aimed at explaining advantages of e-government services to citizens.
The document establishes order of creating information materials, use of public services logo, corporate design, drafts and examples of their use. It describers mechanisms of interaction with citizens via Internet portals, counseling offices and contains service support phone.
