Moscow, November 20, 2015. — Mikhail Evraev, Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications, and representatives of the National center of public control in sphere of housing and public utilities “HPU Control” carried out online workshop devoted to implementation of law on GIS HPU.
Participants of online workshop got acquainted with the latest changes in the system, discussed up-to-date topics of data allocation, public control in sphere of housing and public utilities, legislative framework, ensuring system safety, integration of the State Information System on Housing and Public Utilities (GIS HPU) with other information resources.
“Basic principle of mutual project of Minsvyaz, Ministry of Constructing and Russia Post is to substitute websites with various data with one resource containing all necessary information,” noted Mikhail Evraev, “GIS HPU has a functional for revealing actual state of things and adoption of well-balanced decisions.”

Creation of such systems usually takes from five to seven years. Minsvyaz is planning to finalize development of the system by 2017 when legislative norm, providing users with right not to pay for delivered services without data on GIS HPU charges.

1300 members took part in workshop: representatives of public authorities of regions of Russia, regional and municipal public chambers, heads of Federal and regional centers HPU Control, chairmen of housing committees and representatives of management and resource-supplying companies.
