Biography

Oleg Pak was born on May 2, 1976 in Leninsk, the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2000 he graduated from Moscow State Law Academy with a degree in law.

From 1999 to 2005 he worked in JSC «Federal Center for Project Finance».

From 2005 he worked in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
In 2010 he was appointed Deputy Director General of the Department of Governmental Regulation of the Economy.

In August 2012 he took the office of the Director General of the Department of State Policy
in the sphere of Information Technologies and Coordination of Informatization in the Ministry
of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

In December 2012 Oleg Pak was appointed Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

In October 2013 Oleg Pak was appointed State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

Marital status: married, son

Authorities

Oleg Pak is in charge of the implementation of the federal project «Digital Government».

His responsibilities include digitalization of public authorities, development and implementation of state policies in the field of postal services.

Oleg Pak is a member of the Government Commission on Migration Policy and Interagency Commission on Implementation and Development of Hardware and Software Systems «Safe City».
