Biography

Oleg Pak was born on May 2, 1976 in Leninsk, Kzyl-Ordinskaja oblast of Kazahstan Republic.

In 2000 graduated from Moscow Legal Government Academy with degree in Jurisprudence.

From 1999 to 2005 Oleg Pak worked in public corporation "Federal Center for Project Finance" in Moscow.

From 2005 to 2012 he worked in Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. From August, 2010 to August, 2012 Oleg Pak assumed position of Deputy Director in Department for Government Regulation of Economy in Ministry of Economic Development.

In August, 2012 he was appointed to the position of Director in Department for Public Policy in Sphere of Information Technologies and Coordination of Informatization in Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

According to the Government order №2588-p from 28 December, 2012 Oleg Pak was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

On October 25, 2013 Oleg Pak was appointed to the position of State Secretary Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

Speaks english.

Oleg Pak is married, has a son.
